Which practice groups are in the library?
The built-in curriculum includes Mergers & Acquisitions, General Commercial Litigation, Corporate Finance & Securities, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Tax, and more. Every lawyer at your firm has unlimited access to every practice group we cover.
Do you charge per lawyer?
No. Firm-size ranges are based on total lawyer headcount, but access is unlimited within your firm.
How long is onboarding?
On the self-serve tier, onboarding is effectively same-day: your team gets access and the library is already complete. On the guided or full-partnership tiers, the customization phase typically runs two to four weeks before launch, depending on how much tailoring you want.

How does this interact with the AI platform we already use?
You keep your existing AI platform. This training library is platform-agnostic because the lessons we are teaching for working with AI are universal across all platforms and models: Harvey, Legora, Claude, or an in-house model-our library helps your lawyers become more proficient with AI wherever they work.
Why do you say that IT teams can integrate in minutes?
IT teams love Habeas Cortex because there is virtually nothing to integrate. There is no AI connection anywhere in the product. Every back-and-forth you see in a lesson is a pre-scripted simulation. The platform does not connect to your AI systems or any external AI. No client data ever leaves your firm because no data is ever sent. Your IT team just needs to enable SSO, and you're off to the races.
How do you ensure that lawyers don't upload sensitive client information?
They can't. Lessons are static: there are no input fields for uploads or free-form prompts, so there is nowhere in the product to paste client matter. Lawyers learn by watching pre-scripted walkthroughs, not by typing sensitive data into our platform.
